Everyone needs this book!

Being new to Pudgie pies I wanted a nice recipe book to help me narrow down what works in the pie iron the best. This book is the opposite of that, it opens up a world of delicious options. Literally all the different outer crust options you could use along with specific directions on how to make them work best in the iron. The recipes are rated in degree of difficulty & range from easy to complex in their layering of ingredients, all simply listed. Every recipe is completely different, the filling ingredients are vast & inspiring & sometimes surprising (I’m looking at you “in a pb pickle”). I’m game! The book itself is beautifully presented with amazing pictures of actual sized pie irons filled with delicious food-check out the pictures above. I collect recipe books & read them cover to cover, this one impressed me in every way-better than I expected. Well done & thank you!
