Refund policy

Returns
PieIron.com guarantees your complete satisfaction. Within 30 days of receipt you may return any item for credit. Please email us at cs@pieiron.com to begin the returns process. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For non-defective returns you must pay for shipping back to PieIron.com. We may (upon your request) arrange a UPS call tag to pick up your non-defective return, however we will charge the UPS call tag fee & freight cost.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit to your credit card or original method of payment.

Defectives:
Rome has a 10 year warranty on our Pie Irons and cast iron cookware. If your pie iron was received broken or has broken under normal use, please email with a description of the defective item and a photo. Upon approval we will replace your defective item at no cost.
