We ship all orders under $50 for a $7.95 flat fee charge
Orders over $50 ship for free!

$25 flat fee charge on orders to Alaska & Hawaii. Free shipping not available for Alaska/Hawaii

How Do We Ship?
We primarily UPS and USPS Priority Mail
We ship from our Madison, WI warehouse, however some items may ship from our warehouse in Peoria, IL.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

For shipments via UPS, we need a physical address as these carriers do not ship to PO Boxes.

Turnaround Time?
Regular turnaround time is 1 - 2 working days from when you place your order.

Gift Orders:
If you’d like to send a gift directly to the recipient, simply use your address as the bill to and the recipient’s name and address in the ship to. If there is a problem and you need to make an address change, please call 608/478-0026 or email

Payment: We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal, checks and money orders.

Backorders? Our products are usually  in stock, however If an ordered item is out of stock, we’ll let you know immediately with an appox ship date. You’ll of course have the option of either waiting for the product or canceling.

International orders?
Our cast iron products are fairly heavy and do not ship in the smallest of boxes, so unfortunately they're generally quite expensive to ship overseas. Even shipping to Canada can by pricey. That said, we would be happy to get you a quote on a shipment. Remember, the cost we quote would not include any possible customs duties for you. To get a quote email with the items you're interested in and your mailing address. We'll then write back with shipping options.

Returns: guarantees your complete satisfaction. Within 30 days of receipt you may return any item for credit. Please email us at to begin the returns procedure. For non-defective returns you must pay for shipping back to We may (upon your request) arrange a UPS call tag to pick up your non-defective return, however we will charge the UPS call tag fee & freight cost.

Damage Claims:  Please report products damaged in shipping as soon as possible. In some situations we can resolve by sending replacement parts to you or we may need to send you a complete replacement. Please email with details and if possible include a digital photo of the broken item.

Warranty Claims:  Rome offers a 10 year warranty on all of our pie irons and cast iron. If your pie iron has broken under normal usage, please send us an email at with a description of the problem and photo and we'll take care of the situation. Rome roasting forks and wire cooking items have a 90 day warranty against defects in workmanship.
