Fun recipes! Some I will need to modify for a gluten free family member, but the book does help to inspire ideas of one’s own.
Excellent cookbook and a great way to kickstart my learning how to use the pie iron. I’ve already tried a couple recipes and plan to add my own twist on them based on my taste preferences. Lots more to try! Highly recommended.
