Holiday Shipping Info (updated 12/17/24)
I’m writing this on Tuesday morning (12/17) and we're on the final push for Christmas.
We are currently shipping same day.
Orders received by 1:00 pm central time will ship same day.
Here's a basic time frame for how long it takes for UPS to deliver your order:
Shipping from our warehouse in Madison, WI to:
Midwest 1 - 2 days transit time
South and Texas 2 - 3 days transit time
East Coast & New England - 3 days transit time
Mountain States 3 - 4 days transit time
West Coast - 4 - 5 days transit time
The above transit days are working days. Sometimes UPS will deliver on Saturday, but it's best not to count Sat/Sun when looking at transit time
We can also ship overnight and second day air but we need to be contacted for a quote first. You may email us at sales@romeb2b.com. Let us know what you want to order and your zip code. We’ll then figure out a quote for you.
If you’re in Madison, WI or Peoria IL you may also pick up at our warehouses. When you place your order there is an option for local pickup.
We also encourage you to buy Rome cookware from one of our local dealers.
